How much does it cost to order from PBG Online Service?

We only have Service Fee, we will send you the picture of the Official Receipt from the Grocery Store with the Total Amount. You will pay the total amount plus the service fee.

What is your mode of payment?

1.Cash on Delivery (COD) - pay your order upon receiving it.
2.Money Pick up - rider will pickup the money for the Grocery, he/she will give you a Government ID, Barangay Clearance and you will take picture of him/her upon receiving the money.

Where do you buy the goods?

We buy goods from the Grocery Store in your area.

What is the usual delivery lead time?

We deliver on the scheduled day. Scheduling is 1 to 3 days.

What if the Item is not available on the website?

If the product is not available in this website you can message gerryarroyo030@gmail.com (Contact) to list all the products that you wanted.

We cannot guarantee the availability of the items. It depends on the Grocery Store. You will only pay what are available based on the Official Receipt's total amount plus the service fee.
